How the SwissBorg Referral Program Works
SwissBorg is a Swiss-founded investing app that routes trades across several exchanges. Its referral programme gives both people a bitcoin reward of up to €50 once the new user finishes an in-app challenge, and a code can still be added up to 7 days after sign-up.
The invited friend opens an account, confirms the code, passes the first verification step and completes the challenge on the referral page. Both sides then get a reward in bitcoin worth up to €50. SwissBorg is explicit that €50 is a ceiling: the amount depends on the challenge in your region and the reward type you pick.
After the challenge the friend chooses a fixed reward or a scratch ticket with a chance of a larger prize. The inviter's reward is multiplied by their Loyalty Rank, up to 2x. Both people must live in a country where the rewards programme runs and have no KYC check pending, and the friend must be new to SwissBorg.
How to Apply the SwissBorg Code
- Install the SwissBorg app from the official store and start sign-up.
- Type the referral code when asked, even if you came from a QR code or link.
- Pass the first verification step.
- Complete the tasks shown on the referral page in Profile.
- Pick a fixed reward or a scratch ticket.
Forgot the Code? Adding It Later
You have 7 days after creating your account to add a referrer: open Profile, then the Referrals card, and enter the code. After that, SwissBorg asks you to contact support with the referrer's name, email and code.
Deposits and Withdrawals
| Region | Methods |
|---|---|
| — | Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay 4.5% outside the EEA; crypto deposits free |
Bank transfers and crypto deposits are free; fiat withdrawals cost 0.10%.
Who Can Use It: Eligibility and Countries
The referral rewards only run in listed countries (updated 9 October 2026): most of the EEA, plus Switzerland, the UAE, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and a few others. The UK isn't on the list. The rewards list isn't the same as the list of countries where the app is available, so check both.
Local rules: Availability depends on where you live, not on the code. In the US and UK many global exchanges either run a separate local entity or do not accept new clients, and the UK FCA requires crypto promotions to come from authorised or registered firms. Always check the exchange's list of restricted countries before you deposit.

On 8 September 2025 about $41 million in SOL was taken from an external staking wallet run with Kiln for the SOL Earn strategy. SwissBorg said its own platform wasn't breached and that affected users wouldn't take a loss.

FAQ
How much do I get from a SwissBorg referral?
Up to €50 in bitcoin, as a fixed reward or a scratch ticket you pick after the challenge. The challenge and amount vary by region.
Can I add a SwissBorg code after sign-up?
Yes, within 7 days of creating the account, in Profile > Referrals.
If I scan a QR code, is the code applied automatically?
No. SwissBorg asks you to confirm the code by typing it during sign-up even if you scanned a QR code.
Does using a SwissBorg referral code cost anything?
No. The referrer is paid by SwissBorg out of the trading fees, not by you. Codes that share part of that commission with you (a "kickback" or fee rebate) can actually lower your fees.
Can I use more than one code?
No. An account can be linked to one referrer only, and the link is set when the account is created. Choose the code before you register.
Are the bonus amounts on code sites real?
Large "up to" figures are usually the maximum of a whole new-user task programme that very few users complete. We show the exchange's own terms instead, so you know what is realistic.
